Hi Octavian the coordinate systems used by FreeSurfer are documented here: https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/CoordinateSystems?highlight=%28systems%29%7C%28coordinate%29 I believe that the ?h.dpial.ribbon.mgz is one our "conformed" coordinate system, but Doug would know best. cheers
