Hi Michael and other FS experts I have longitudinal data of three patients with atrophy in the caudate nuclues. When I produce a figure from time point 1 and one figure from time point 2 in order to visualize the atrophy, the figures look different due the different orientations of the two images

Dear FS experts I posted another email about my confusion with the coordinates in tkmedit. When I move horizontally over the coronally presented image, the y-coordinate only change in the range of 1-2 mm. When I move vertically the y-coordinate change from 28 at the top to 8 at the bottom. Does i
