I don't know which side it was put on, but you should just be able to
load it into tkmedit, click on the capsule, and look at the RAS coords.
Positive R means it's on the right side.

Yes, the Buckner data set (used for the Freesurfer tutorial) has been
re-processed with stable version 3, and will be posted to the download
site within the next two weeks.
