Hello FreeSurfer experts, I have a question regarding DTI analysis. I understand that FA values ranges 0-1, and the values are often thresholded by 0.2. Now I am asked to report ADC, RD, AD values in my ROIs, and wondering what would be the most reasonable way. [1] Do not apply thresholds, jus
