You can modify the other 'dev' recon-all that was working to include the
fix. Find this line:
if($UseNewTopoFix ) then
which will be just above the line where orig_corrected is copied.
Change it to this:
if($UseNewTopoFix && -e ../surf/$hemi.orig_corrected ) then

The current plan is to NOT release a snowleopard build of freesurfer v6.
Contributing factors leading to this decision are that its a nearly 6
year old an end-of-life operating system with no security updates being

Hi Nick,
I just finished my run and added the recon-all that you sent to my bin
directory after making it executable to try to rerun the 4 subjects that
failed.
I now get the following error...
