Hi Stefan, not sure there is an easy way to do this in the current mri_glmfit. You could use mri_annotation2label to make individual labels, then merge them in tksurfer, but that would be a bit painful. Are you doing functional or structural analysis within the ROIs? I guess we should put toge

Hello everyone I looked through the Wiki and mailing list archives and could not find a page that directly addresses this issue. I want to create a ROI that consists of the Medial OFC, Lateral OFC, anterior part of the Cingulate etc. using freesurfer's labels. I dont want to hand draw my own ROI j
