Hi all
I would like to be certain about what are the algorithms that Freesurfer
use for Segmentation of surfaces (brain-skull-skin), and after, what is the
algorithm for surfaces construction and tessellation?. And moreover i would
like to know if you have some papers about this topic.
Cheers.

Hi Experts
I have been studying how to generate a head model, and is said to
FreeSurfer software allows better tissue segmentation. I've driven German

Hi experts
I need use the mri_make_bem_surfaces function to generate the three
surfaces from brain MRIs patient exam. I have installed Freesurfer and I
have my series of MRIs in 001.mgz file. would be helpful if you could
provide some material to use this function.

Hi
I have questions about the use of the function:
mri_make_bem_surfaces
I need to create a surface from a set of MRIs in DICOM format. I would like
if someone could help me. The only reference I have of the function is:

Hi
I tried for three days download freesurfer even today but pressing the

These are fallen and message "This web page is not available"
I have understood that the site was in maintenance, however the links do
