Of course. I should have known. That fixed the problem.

Hello freesurfer developers,
I installed FreeSurfer on my computer today using the instructions found here:
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/DownloadAndInstall. After
installation, I proceed to the “test your FreeSurfer Installation” section.
Upon trying the first test, I ran the
outgoing/flat/greve/reg-feat2anat
Copy that into $FREESURFER_HOME/bin (after making a backup of the one
that is there)
let me know if that does not work

Thanks Douglas. Yes, both of those exist.

by step, this is what we did after we ran recon-all:
Reg-feat2anat ‹feat OurFeatDirectory.feat ‹subject P209
When we open the folder experiment.feat/reg/freesurfer, there is no
anat2exf.register.dat file. However, there is a file called:
anat2exf.register.dat.init.
Thanks,
Sherryse

Hi Bruce,
Our system is Centos 6. We can try it on another system today, although
we don't have another system that is as fast/efficient as our Centos 6
machine.
