Dear all, I am using freesurfer to generate a parcellation on the cortex. The regions of this demarced cortex serve as ROIs in further research. My question is... what is the difference between aparc+aseg and aparc.a2009s+aseg? And which one should I use? Thanx in advance Morabit. __
