[Freesurfer] Problem with the volume brush

Dear Free Surfers, Occasionally when using the "edit voxels" tool in Tkmedit, I have experienced a weird problem. The brush radius appears to spontaneously increase, usually to a radius of 2 but sometimes as high as 8 or 10. The results are easy enough to correct by undoing my last edit and changin

[Freesurfer] left and right wm neighbors error

Dear FreeSurfer folks, We recently had an error occur while processing two brains in recon2. We are using FreeSurfer version 4.0.1 for these subjects. The error message in both cases mentions that mri_fill could not find points where lh and rh wm were "nbrs" (I assume this is short for neighbors).
