Greetings,
I've been trying to analyze a rather large data set (6 runs of 84
volumes of 128x128x28) and I've been running into out of memory errors
with selxavg3-sess. These seem to be similar to those reported
previously:
https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pipermail//freesurfer/2008-May/007
riance
for each voxel, average the variances together, and then compute the
standard deviation.
The standard error is more complicated but I can give you more info if
you'd like.

Greetings,
I'm trying to write a script to generate hemodynami
erage Baseline Activity, a quantity which is
tied to the size ROI and thus does not make sense to use for a single
voxel.
Does anyone know what value is used to properly scale the hemodynamic
timecourses and how to compute that value?
Thanks
