External Email - Use Caution
Dear Freesurfer,
Could you help me to resolve this error? I looked up the previous postings, but
the recommendation (copying files in the same folder etc.) did not help.

I tired to use QA tools for freesurfer version6, but did not have much success.
Is anyone know how to tweak QA tools for freesurfer version 6?

I tried to run preproc-sess but did not have much luck to make it work.
I converted resting fmri file into .nii, and I created the following directory
structure and it’s stored under /data/sub1/rest/001/fMRI.nii:

recon-all did not run, and I could not figure out the problem. Do you have any
clue what could be? The log file does not tell anything…
The command was the most simplest one (using only t1).
