Hi, we´re running FS 5.1 and have a data set with a lot of missing values. There are different subsets of persons missing different values of interest, and we´re running analyses on concat files. mri_glmfit not qdec). Is there anyway we can run analyses w/ missings in the fsgd file? Best

[Freesurfer] Problem converting IMA files

Hi I've tried converting IMA files (taken directly from the Siemens scanner) in Freesurfer with the command mri_convert -ot cor but it doesn't work. Gives an error message "cannot parse..." (see attached error message). I'd be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks, Kristine IMA_error

[Freesurfer] Missing MNI coordinates

Hi I just discovered that I'm lacking the MNI coordinates in Freesurfer2004-02-18. I just updated this version with the new mri_convert and mri_watershed fix (putting these in the freesurfer/bin/Linux directory). That couldn't create this problem? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Krist
