Dear all,
I run the surfcluster analysis (mri_surfcluster). But the tutorial tells me
that there exists also mri_volcluster:
Using the outputs from the estimation step and the simulations,
mri_surfcluster (or *mri_volcluster*) will create two outputs: the summary
file with a table of the cluste
Dear all,
I've got a question: is the color that I get for significant clusters in
tksurfer depending on the contrast vector specified? For example: when I
get a red cluster and my question of interest would be: "is there a
difference between Males and Females regressing out the effect of age and
Yes, i got several ones.

that. Is there such a file. If you did the MC simulation in 5.3 and you had

Dear all,
I want to do a correlation of significant clusters found after full
monte-carlo simulation and symptom severity of patients affected with
obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
The aim is as follows:
First, to see whether the severity of symptoms correlate with the degree of
structural bra
The next step would be to do a correlation between symptom severity and the
clustering. Therefore, I want to do a ROI extraction. The aim is to see
whether the severity of symptoms correlates with the degree of the
structural brain alterations found.

Dear all,
I have a problem regarding tksurfer ROI cluster extraction after full
mc-simulation: I marked my cluster of interest as described in the
freesurfer tutorial. But when I choose Tools --> Group, "Graph marked
vertices avg" is not selectable. Is this due to a license or package
problem?

Dear administrators,
I've got the problem that I cannot make out the difference between "area"
and "area.pial". As far as I understand "area" refers to white matter
surface area while "area.pial" includes everything up to pia mater
(including CSF). Unfortunately I don't know what I am exactly look
