Dear Freesurfer experts,
I tried to run Recon-all on a T1 series .nii file. A error occurred: "ERROR:
input(s) cannot have multiple frames!". I tried to google the method of
converting multi frame dicom to single frame dicom. I found software of

Dear Freesurfer experts,
I ran Recon-all on a batch of subject. Only one Recon-all error results were
generated which the process just last for few minutes. There just 2 mgz file in
mri folder of the subject output directory were generated. I re-run

Dear Tim,
The FOV of my T1 series is 256 x 240. Is it the FOV of the T1 series will
that when running `mri_info` on the file you provided,
it shows a FOV of 256 (not 284!) for me, so I have no idea why this error is
triggered in recon-all.
Maybe somebody else has an idea...

Hello FreeSurfer Developers,
I ran a recon-all on a recent batch of T1 Nifti files and all ended with
"exited with ERRORS". For example: "recon-all -s Chan_Pui_Kim_42M_T1 exited
with ERRORS at Sat Jan 11 01:32:55 HKT 2020".
I've searched the email a

can just run multiple recon-alls at the same time (which will give you a
bigger effective speed increase)

Dear Freesurfer experts,
May I know how to run Recon-all in parallel on Linux? I have read some source
said that can use "gnu parallel" to complete it. But they do not describe it in
detail how to perform it.
