For some participants I then get this error and it appears my label is not
transforming into a volume appropriately when I examine the data.
"ERROR: no voxels found in segmentation".
Thanks again for all your assistance.

I see there is a way to do this with anatomical features such as thickness, but
I do not see a way to do this with functional data across frames for signal

What is the appropriate size for a surface based seed?
I am referencing a study with volumetric based seeds with spheres with a radius
of 3mm (in fMRI data). I would like to do a similar study using surface based
representations. In a volumetric based analysis folding may actually increase

Dear free surfer experts,
I was wondering if someone could give me some general guidance on controlling for
multiple comparisons using clustering and FDR. This the situation. I completed an
analysis of functional data by first dividing the cortex into parcellations using

3. Is this information in the X.mat file? If so, what is its location?

Dear Free Surfer experts
I am attempting to run a functional connectivity analysis on some resting
state data. However, I keep getting stuck in this final step of the online
Functional Connectivity Pathway. I have made a change based on discussion
boards, but it do not help. CHANGE: in the mkanaly
and not across sulci.
Is there an automated way or easy way of building this ROI map.
