Dear Freesurfer experts,
I wondered how I might be able to track all the edits I make on each
subject e.g., how many control points etc. But most specifically if there
was a way to see how much ,numerically, the image has changed with manual
correction following the initial FreeSurfer run.
Thanks

Dear FreeSurfers,
I have been using FreeSurfer for editing for the past year now and I have
recently come across an issue that I have not seen before in a new dataset.
The pial surfaces are missing in the right hemisphere following the first

Hi,
I would like to try running recon-all for some subjects using two source
images in combination. The first image is a FLAIR with dimensions
288x288x30, while the second is a T1 with dimensions 256x256x165.
Furthermore, the each FLAIR voxel has dimensions of 0.79x0.79x4.5 mm, while
each T1 voxel
Dear FreeSurfers,
My query relates to the aparc stats file in FreeSurfer. Upon the editing
and reconstruction of my subjects I have noticed that the Mean Thickness
for the cortex was missing, i.e., no value was provided despite it being
there before I ran another reconstruction. While this has onl
Hi,
I have experienced this problem before also.So I have downloaded the script
you provided but as a non-programmer I am wondering how I can incorporate
this script into my work using Linux. Can I simply copy and paste this into
the text editer and run it that way?
Thanks,
Deirdre

Hi all,
I'm new to FreeSurfer and so have a few questions that you may be able to
anwser.
My first question is ; when I am making white matter edits do I need to
edit every single slice where the inaccuracy is or would every second or
third slice suffice to prompt FreeSurfer to autocorrect?
