Hi,
We are having one scan going through recon-all that is taking way
longer than ordinary. Other scans took about 20-30 hours to calculate,
while this particular scan is taking 3+ days and has still not being
completed.
Just wondering how often something like this happens, and if there's
any known
in our comparisons cause any problems?
Assuming that the slice thickness is 1mm with 0 spacing at 3T, with 256x256
res.
We are using GE Signa HDx scanners.

Why would this error occur if the surface data in Qdec is based on the
averaging of all the subjects? And how can I best go about fixing this
problem?
