Trying setting the env variables like this if you are in dev env and
want the bhdr files.
setenv FSF_OUTPUT_FORMAT bhdr
Doug is replacing all the fsfast output formats to be in .nii

I made an average subject using make_average_subject script. When I
looked in to the surf directory there were two different curvature(
?h.curv and ?h.avg_curv) of slightly different sizes. Could anyone plz
