Hi Freesurfers,
I have some questions about the aseg.stats file. What do the brainmask and brain segmentation volumes refer to? Is there a helpfile that defines these. Thanks
Aju.

Hello all,
My lab needs to obtain STG volumes for a bunch of minc files. I've been going through the wiki and found that recon-all has to be run to first convert the files into mgz after which it will automatically generate a file with the volumes.
I ran it on one of our computers (P4 @ 3.8 Ghz

Hello All,
How do we obtain the total volumes(gray+white) of certain regions. In ?.aparc.stats, I can find the gray matter volumes but not total volumes. Is this in some other file?
Thanks,
Aju.

Hi,
Can recon-all run even if tcsh is not installed on the system. When I try running it, I get the message:
-bash: /home/aju/freesurfer/bin/recon-all: /bin/tcsh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
Thanks,
Aju.
