Hi Randy, Yes, Tensorflow is installed in "freesurfer_7.2.0_amd64.deb". If it wasn't you would have obtained "no module named tensorflow" when running the command "import tensorflow". Note that you are able to run "basic" SAMSEG since it does *not* require tensorflow. Only the lesion version (
