But I suspect I know what the problem might be. When I run
mri_vol2vol --mov /data/sub01/anat.nii --fstarg --reg /data/sub01/reg.lta

I am having trouble adding Freesurfer onto my PC. I have the program
downloaded, but when I attempt to input a command from the Freesurfer
program, it tells me that my command was not found.

Are you running out of memory on the machine? If not, and you upload the
entire subject dir we will see if we can replicate and fix this problem.
