Dear Friend,
I am trying to run this command using the last version of Freesurfer:
mris_convert --combinesurfs my-left-surface.mgz my-right-surface.mgz

But I receive this error:

Thank you very much Douglas for answering. I will do it.
Happy New Year :)

This is not necessarily a problem. Do the surfaces look ok? You can
always check the defect fixing using the defect-seg script. Run it with
--help to get more info

No, nothing specific. We're just that good (or lucky:).

No. You could it in matlab by setting all of the left (or right)
segments to 0, eg,
a = MRIread('aseg.mgz');
ind = find(a.vol == 17); % Left hippo
a.vol(ind) = 0; % Set all left hippo to 0
and so on for the other segments

In theory it is because the F can be converted to a p which can be
converted into a pseudo-z. When you run mri_glmfit-sim, you should make
sure to use an unsigned test ("abs")

It is appropriate. The F-test is not the same as t-test, so it is not

Probably not because of the voxel size. First, check the registration.
If it looks ok, then you can re-run with -no-talcheck. If it does, not
look good, then fix it and rerun.

Dear Shadia,
please check, that you really edited your recon.all, as I suggested in my

According to your recon-all.log, there is still an ln -s command invoked (which
