I want to analyze DTI data using the command
dt_recon --i dwi.nii --b bvals bvecs --s subj1 --o /subj1
Under Fressurfer 5.3, the analysis fail showing this error message:
nifti1Read(): unsupported slice timing pattern 5 in /data/anaconda/mesgp/dtrecon3/subj1/dwi.nii

I think there is no way to know except to try it. I assume the SNR is
significantly lower than we expect so you might need to acquire a bunch of
images and average them.
