The preproc command is fine, but qcache does more (which you may not
need). With qcache it smoothes at different levels, so that you can

Those are not important, just a few divots that did not get smoothed out
during the inflation. The only thing that you need to be concerned about
is the accuracy of the white and pial surfaces when viewed on the MRI
volume. the inflated surface is only for visualization
