You will need to run mri_aparc2aseg. This is how aparc+aseg.mgz is created (see recon-all.log file for command). Is the V1 a label or an annotation? If label, then you will need to convert it to an annotation (mris_label2annot) On 5/13/16 6:28 PM, John Anderson wrote: Dear Experts, I want t

Yes, if you set the clusterwise threshold to 0.05, you will only see clusters that or more significant. On 5/14/16 2:13 PM, maaike rive wrote: Dear Freesurfer experts, I have a question regarding tk surfer. If I load the cache.h13.abs.sig.cluster.mgh file, I'll only see the clusters survivin

by default it is sphere.reg. For this there is no reason to change it. On 5/13/16 7:05 PM, std...@virgilio.it wrote: > Thanks. > I'm reading the surf2surf help but I do not understand the --trgsurfreg > options. > I'using > mri_surf2surf --hemi rh --srcsubject fsaverage --srcsurfval thickness -- >

[Freesurfer] visualization tk surfer

Dear Freesurfer experts, I have a question regarding tk surfer. If I load the cache.h13.abs.sig.cluster.mgh file, I'll only see the clusters surviving the statistical threshold I set, don't I? (e.g. I set the cluster finding threshold at 0.05 (Monte carlo simulation), keeping all clusters with
