Hi, FSers,
Sorry for sending again. I am using FS5. 0 to extract brain mask for
other analyses. I found there were always some zero intensities within
voxels of some CSF, thus lead to a brain mask with some small holes
inside after binary operation. Is there a way of filling them? Thanks!

Thanks to both of you.
Cheers.

Dear Freesurfers,
I keep fighting with my 64bit-CentOS in order to configure my videocard
(ATI Radeon Sapphire HD 5750) for FS. At last I got rid of "segfault
error". And now there is another error (after tkmedit command):
=
X Error
no we haven't done them

I meant : am i right to think that we don't have any other parcellation
available showing the other labels Fidel would like to use ?
(I thought that maybe somebody localized these structures in a way similar to
what you did for the entorhinal cortex in your exvivo/invivo 2008 paper)
cheers

Dear all,
I'm very happy to announce new release of nipype - the pipelining
framework that allows you to combine FSL, SPM, FreeSurfer, Nipy and
other neuroimaging packages. Among other changes (see the full list
below) this release brings support for surface transformations, flash
processing and fl
Do you want to transfer the actual surfaces back to the scanner
coordinates? Or do you want a segmentation of the surfaces in scanner
coords?

Hello FS experts,
I am a new FS user and I could use some help concerning translating
surfaces. I have completed the FS pipeline using my own data with the
autorecon all command. I now want to combine the .pial and .wm surfaces
with the rest of my data. Therefore I have to translate the surface
I will be out of the country from Jan. 10 - Jan 18, 2011, and will not
have access to email. For issues concerning my laboratory, please contact
my lab manager, Rosa Lafer-Sousa (rlafe...@wellesley.edu).
Thank-you and I'll be in touch when I get back.

Hi mr Destrieux,
Does this mean that those structures cannot be found in ANY segmentation
or labelling made by freesurfer?
Thanks again for your quick answer,

Hi Fidel
as stated in the paper you cited, the intralimbic gyrus is made of :
prehippocampal rudiment, indusium griseum and hippocampus. Only the latter vas

Hi Freesurfer experts,
I would like to know what are the equivalent labels to

anatomical nomenclature" but the
