[Freesurfer] problem with mri_vol2surf

2010-09-09 Thread ythomas
Hi, I am trying to sample a volume of integers in subject's anatomical space to fsaverage surf. However, the output does not seem to be integer valued anymore even though I specify nearest neighbor for interpolation type. I tried both stable4 and the dev version and used the following comma

actually, let me clarify. for missing vars that are continuous, use NaN or nan (not zero). for discretes, there is not an equivalent easy way to indicate missing data. this is a feature i should add (maybe look for the keyword MISSING or something like that), so what i do in these instances is j

[Freesurfer] groups stats doubts

I'm going to run some analyses and have some doubts with respect to the general approach that I should follow. We want to evaluate differences in cortical thickness in three different groups. Shoud I perform an ANOVA (to know if there is a group effect) followed by pairwise comparisons (to

use NaN or nan to indicate a missing data point. when a variable is selected as a factor, any subjects with missing data points will automatically be excluded from the analysis. n. On Thu, 2010-09-09 at 10:59 -0400, Robustelli, Briana (NIH/NIMH) [F] wrote: > Hello, > I am new to f

[Freesurfer] Symbol to indicate a missing value for a discrete variable in a qdec data table

Hello, I am new to freesurfer and have created a qdec data table but have a few missing data points for a discrete variable. When using a continuous variable placeholder zeros are used. What should be typed into the table to indicate a data point is missing for a discrete variable? T

[Freesurfer] Missing structures lh.aparc.stats

2010-09-09 Thread Jordi Delgado
Dear FS experts, We are using the 4.3.1 version of FreeSurfer, and we have noticed that in the lh.aparc.stats/rh.aparc.stats file there are 35 structures calculated and not 36 structures, only corpuscallosum is missing. We have also compared it with an old subject processing (using 4.0.2 version
