Which version of freesurfer is being used? You can find out by typing
'bugr'. Does this memory problem occur for all analysis types, or just
the one that you describe?

Hi,
We have previously run recon-all -all on 72 subjects using Freesurfer
v. 4.01. After routine edits we reprocessed the subjects.
I now want to run the scans again using the updated FS v. 4.05 using
the recon-all -all command. We want to have them processed in the
