You should have brainmask.mgz after -autorecon1 though.

Select the X11->Preference option, then click on the 'Emulate three
button mouse' option. This allow emulating a right click by holding
down the Command key and mouse clicking, and emulating a middle click
by holding down the Option key and mouse clicking. Left click is the
default click
