Hi,
I am getting two errors when creating NIFTI files from dicoms using mri_convert.
The first is that the 4D images are being spatially contactonated. It
does not seem to be treating it as a timeseries. This is the command:
mri_convert -it dicom -ot nii s6761334/i6761335.MRDC.1 run.nii.gz

No, that's an annoying little bug that's been there a while. It gets
it close, but it is not exact. I've tried to track it down a couple of
times. But tkregister2 is a brittle piece of code based on something
that Anders wrote about 10 years ago, and it's just very hard to

re-processed with stable version 3, and will be posted to the download
site within the next two weeks.

I'm guessing the reason for this question is because a snapshot image is
needed?
If so, will a refresh and save image command be sufficient?

Sorry, there's no way to do that.
There's also no way to set the backgroud color in the window.
