Hi Goulven,
There should be a recon-all.log file under the
$SUBJECTS_DIR/subject/script/
directory, if you processed the data using the "recon-all" script.
The log files you attached were produced by the tools to visuallize the
results, not by the programs that create the label result. Thus we
Hi,
I was just wandering what determines the area value assigned to a given vertex.
Is it the average area of the faces of the triangles to which it is attached?
If so, what determines the area of the traingle faces?
Do the values in the ?.area file reflect regional variations in surface area?

Hi Goulven,

Peggy,
I've added a link to a page that contains a snapshot of the tutorial.
Look for the last link on this page:

you send pics displayed in tksurfer? Also, to clarify, this is a label
for a subject shown on that subject (ie, you did not map the label from
one subject to another)?
thanks

Use tkregister2 to register the original functinoal to the anatomical
(use the --regheader the first time), then use mri_vol2vol to resample
the functional into anat space (make sure to use the --invxfm flag with
vol2vol)

Would you consider providing a .pdf version of the web document
"FreeSurfer Tutorial: Morphometry and Reconstruction" that could be

Hi Goulven,
could you send us an image with some arrows on it?
