[Freesurfer] tksurfer for MacOSX second try for those courageous people

The issue was that MacOSX version of tksurfer could not read annotation file due to the bug in freesurfer code. My first try worked only at the developer desktops ;-) For those who are courageous, please try "again" the following "alpha" version. At least it worked at the original poster Bri
