Hi Max, if you create a file named something.asc in the format: where there is one vertex for each point on the surface, then this can be read in place of the thickness file with the -t switch (i.e. -t something.asc). Note that everything except the field will be ignored in this context, a

Hi everybody, Currently, we can use mris_anatomical_stats to report statistics such as thickness +/- std. dev. over the list of brain regions, as created by the parcellate_subject program. We are wondering if it is currently possible to produce similar statistics, but not just on thickness, etc.,
