I discovered that if I replace /usr/sbin/named-pkcs11 with the
/usr/sbin/named executable, everything seems to work fine. However, I do
not know what are be the possible consequences of this change.

acl_file = /etc/krb5kdc/kadm5.acl
in /etc/krb5kdc/kdc.conf, but krb5-admin-server still requires the ACL
file.
