Hi Eric, you'll find turkish letters on cp857 and cp853 (the latter is regarded as obsolete for turkish). Actually, it's not G-caret (i.e. G-circumflex) but G-breve - unless you're talking about esperanto - where, on the other hand, you won't need the small-dotless-i but you'll definitely need
