The acpica tools (http://www.acpica.org/downloads/binary_tools.php) is
supported only at UNIX and WINDOWS.

Try FDAPM ACPIDUMP (may need HIMEM) to get an hexdump, e.g.
FDAPM ACPIDUMP > tables.txt
