Hi. I just grabbed the latest version of Grub4dos to look at it. You need to distribute source code for this, at the same time you release the binary. You acknowledge that Grub4dos is a fork of Grub, so must follow the GNU GPL. But you do not abide by it here. Section 3 of the GNU GPL (see "COPYIN

Eric asked me to post some advertisements for grub4dos. If you are interested in multi booting I bet you know gnu grub 1.x, also known as grub legacy. Grub legacy will be no longer developed by the gnu grub project. Them are now working on grub2 and they have their reasons. grub4dos is a fork
