Intel Corporation 82566DM-2 Gigabit Network Connection (rev 02)
Supposedly the 82566DM is supported by the Intel e1000 driver, however
only NDIS drivers, no apparent ODI. (eg. prodos-22.10.exe,
prodos-24.30.exe, ...)
