Ooops, I've just noticed that I included Free.exe as the last line in the example of Autoexec.bat. You can simply delete this line. Free.exe is not integral part of FreeDOS, it's just a third party add-on. It shows all the drives and drive space. If you choose to try it out it's here: http://ww

Hitting walls while attempting to install FreeDOS beta9 sr#2. >From the full install CD it hangs with 5 Invalid Opcode errors. A search shows me that others have been having this problem. Booting with freedos boot floppy and installing from CD: Setup can't find a cdrom device. I choose #1 (ATAPIC
