With regard to the OLB thread (Online Bible - DOS version) available at

The version works perfectly well under MS-DOS but not under FREEDOS without
the updated 'kernel.sys'.
I am advised that there will be an official FREEDOS kernel with OLB support

load error is now solved, thanks to user-list member Eric Auer. A patched "
kernel.sys" did the trick. I am advised by Eric that the modified file will

In MS-DOS 6.22 I could open and use software : OLB for DOS - "Online Bible".
My PC is now setup to boot to Freedos and the software cannot be accessed
any longer. I tried uninstalling the MS-DOS installation and reinstalling
under FREEDOS but it still does not work.
