Hi!
Is there any XFree86/XOrg port for DOS? Quarterdeck made a
port of the X Window System for DOS in 1994, called
DESQView/X, but it was commercial and closed sourced.

Maybe it's a dumb question, but how can I enable the
international character support in the Open Watcom compiler?
In my program, I want to write a message to the screen with
printf, but the special characters (like "é" or "ó") are
displayed as other ASCII simbols, or not displayed at all.

Hmmm... I compiled the basic interpreter (min.c) as a

With the DOS4GW based programs, you need to include
DOS4GW.EXE, the extenders main executable. But what do I
need to include with my CauseWay based program? I found 4

cwc.exe, cwdstub.exe, cwhelp.exe and cwstub.exe. Which is

Hi!
I found a very neat open sourced DOS extender included with
Open Watcom 1.2, called CauseWay. I recompiled Shadow
Warrior source code, but instead of DOS4GW, I linked the
executable with CauseWay, and I very surprised, because the
game runs as stable as the original exe, but the exe is much

Hi!
I downloaded the latest fdfullcd.iso, and I burned it at 16x
speed. I booted my PII from this cd. The booting is going
fine, but when I start the installation, I get four line of
"Invalid Opcode at..." error message, and the system halted.
What does it mean? And how can I fix it?
