I am running FreeDOS in VMWare player and it's working ok. I did want to try
it in QEMU, and it seems to run ok, but, I need a little help with the
command-line.
What I need is to have a port com1 on the DOS machine which will redirect to
COM4 on my Windows host so as to run a scr
I finally, after some trouble, installed FreeDOS 1.3-RC2 onto a USB stick, but
not the intended one.
I downloaded the USB-stick image, unzipped and wrote to the installation USB
stick using dd, from NetBSD.
It seems writing the installer USB stick was OK.
I subsequently booted that USB stick,
