BE CAREFULL, there is a very limited number o spindown allowed.
This can burn you HD.
(There was a similar bug in Ubuntu)

You might check your cmos to see if the laptop is set to spin down the disk on
inactivity. If so, either turn that feature off, or give it a reasonable time
(a few minutes) before spindown.

Now i have the problem that after booting to promt suddently the HDD is
spinning down.
And when i type a command it spins up. And right after that it spins
down again. It is like up and down and up and down
