I tried playing some music with mpxplay and couldn't. I
enabled AC97 in BIOS and launched mpxplay with -scs VIA
option, and it did procuce sound, but it was faltering and CPU
Load (reported by mpxplay) swung between 12% and 279%
outrageneously.
