FreeDOS. I have only been able to make it work at all
with MS emm386.

Are there any command on FreeDOS that would halt or reboot the machines?
Though I know people always directly shutdown the machines when they
use MS-DOS, I think FreeDOS can provide this feature.
FDAPM does that.
