False positive - not problem, at least for me.
I dont care even if it always return true without any checks.
On access deny user will get error on apply, it much better than do not try

If you can find a way, from inside the thunar_file_get_deletion_date() function
to discover with good confidence that you are in a sshfs filesystem and just in
