Have tried it on Windows Server 2019 — same problem still here, on Gen1 is all
works ok, on Gen2 get:

After you successfully assign the NIC to Linux VM (or Gen-1 FreeBSD), please
run "lspci -vvv -x" (or "pciconf -lbv").

I have noticed, that in Generation 1 Hyper-V 2016 VM PCI passthrough works
without issues, in Generation 2 VM it cannot works.

No, i mean not SR-IOV.
I am already have extra configuration through powershell for PCI Passthrough,
and it's works for other OS in Generation 2 Hyper-V VM, except FreeBSD.
I have reconfigured VM for legacy Ge
