[GSOC] Add support for usbdump file-format to wireshark

Hi All, I am a student from Jilin University, China, participating in GSOC 2017 with FreeBSD. Recently my proposal has been accepted so I'd like to make a short introduction about my proposal.

GSoC Week 6-8, add usbdump file-format to Wireshark

so infects the other dissection phases. The code is at https://github.com/jerrywossion/wireshark/tree/usbdump_dissector. I make a new branch for current work, and I will clean the code and merge it when dissection phase is completed. Thanks, Jie Weng ___
