Anyone has any idea what i am doing wrong here ... this same mechanism
has worked flawlessly on several other systems (although they were not
RELENG_7_0) ?

acquire a kernel dump. (Tried but the kernel kept insisting no
dumpdevice to be defined).
I hope the information may be useful regardless and would definitely

Ok .. I whacked myself with the proverbial cl
.conf doesn't contain the aforementioned entry, that would
explain why local rc-scripts are started twice.
